If you activated in store, then you may need to register your self-serve account. You can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you activated at home or already have a self-serve account, you can try to login in or try reset your passowrd here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If you need help to access your account, you'll need to contact Moderators.
To submit a ticket to Moderators: Click the green question mark at bottom and enter your question into SIMon. Answer the prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
If you encounter problems with submitting a ticket, you can send a private message to Moderators, but this alternate contact method may have longer response time.

Please explain your situation a little better @Nakamya . Your account may have locked for too many attempts, wait 50 minutes from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to access your account.
