I have made a payment for 30 days plan but I cannot make calls

Hi, there. I disabled the autopay on the 90 days plan and chanegd my plan to 30 days one (unlimited Canada-wide calls, unlimited text and 1 GB data) and made a payment of 47 CAD. I did that a few days ago while abroad. Now, when I came back to Canada, I am surprised to find out that I cannot make calls and if somebody tries to call me, he gets redirected straight to voicemail. Please help me because I am expecting a phone call regarding a job opportunity.

Did you set future date or was your plan suspended ? Or maybe it didnt go though if that's the case then you need a mod assistance

Can you check what self serve says your plan is and what your available funds are? Ie did the plan change take effect?
