please help! I can't send or receive picture msgs or MMS msgs. Are my apn settings maybe wrong?

May be a bit different if youve upgraded your androis os.

@jessica_quintal A restart wouldn't hurt. After the restart test to see if you can receive an mms text. Don't forget to turn data on.

Have you compare your apn to the official apn setting? Normally its the issue.
If its same, use another phone to test your sim card, or another working sim on your non working phone.

To be accurate, MMS does not use any of the metered mobile data. It does use mobile data that is routed through the MMS proxy.

Make sure your data is on, it will not use your data but it does usually need to be on. And ccheck your APN settings, they should look like this:
