Two ways to cancel one log into the app and Unsubscribe and your account will close by it self 90 days after your last payment cycle. Or two port your number to another provider and it will close automatically once your number is gone.

Porting out to another provider requires your PM account to be active and may take several hours and things can go wrong, best to contact customer service as @hTideGnow advised if it still doesn't work after trying the suggestions.

Nothing is working. Reset does not work, account is up to date. There is no reason for this disruption. NONE.

hi @Susanq 

if you are travelling this weekend, it is better for you to get this resolved with PM before the trip.  Changing carrier might give you more trouble.

you need to tell us more for us to help

did you try the general thing?

1. check if your account is paid and active.  Login My Account and check

2. reboot phone

3. click Reset all network

4. change network mode to different one and test, 4G/LTE and 3G , try both

5. test sim in another phone

or of course, you can also ask support agent to help
