I was told to come to the community to submit a recipe. Idk how to sucumbir a ticket, nor how to “pm” this platform is not user friendly for those who r not tech savvy 😞

As far as I know, you just need to port your number back, then message PM after for them to apply the offer for you

That sure is a poor communication, it doesn't give any information on how to proceed. Best to contact customer service via a message on these forums as others have posted instructions for.

It can be incredibly frustrating when you just want to talk to a human being to sort out a phone issue, and you realize there isn't a phone number to call.
The short answer is that Public Mobile is a "digital-only" discount brand. To keep their prices lower than the big players (like Telus, Bell, or Rogers), they cut out the overhead of call centers and physical stores.
It's just a waiting game now until someone reaches back to you.
Reach out to the Public Mobile support team to assist you.
If you are able to log into your account, use SIMon the chatbot.
If you're unable to log into My Account for any reason, ask the Public Mobile support team to help.
