I have the same issue as another user in this forum. I accidentally redeemed my public points for the wrong thing. Can I change it from Unlimited U.S. Talk, Text and 5GB Data Bundle (30 days) to a $20 bill credit?

what PM support usually does is to reverse the rewards redemption, put the points back for you. Once that is done, you can then go back and redeem the correct one you want
to contact PM support,
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
