I have received the new SIM card and tried with the phone and it shows "Not registered on network" I spent worth of 3 months money to pay and still no service. Let me know how we can approch to this situation ASAP. Else I will move to other subscriber.

Did U activate new SIM on your self serve?, I don't quite understand: "I spent worth of 3 months money to pay" does it mean that U have PM customer before Jan. 27 or after, we need to know to give some tips & hints!
