Login Page in front of the mien page do you see that amount at Available Fund, then ok keep it for next cycle will be taken from there automatically..
not see it then contact PM support team by CS_Agent .

@BananaBannock did you confirm with your credit card that one of them was not just a pending charge and only one is the real charge?
How many times it show up on your Payment History? If it shows up twice, did you check Available Fund? Maybe one of the charge is sitting there?
If you are sure PM charged you twice by mistake, you can open ticket with PM Support for further investigation:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

No phone number, if you are dead set on a refund you can reach out to a CSA to get them to process that. However it is probably easier as mentioned to just leave the second payment in your available balance for your next renewal. Then your card essentially won't be charged until end of October basically

Does your balance show the extra amount in it? If so then you could just leave it there for your next renewal.
