Double paid my bill

My bill was taken out twice should be 27.25 but 27.56 was taken out also. Can someone help me

$27.25 and 25.56 do not look right for a single province 

canyou check the Payment history on My Account and see what showing there? Maybe post us screenshot so we can help

Hello @RB52 

You may wish to confirm with your credit card company it was a double charge. Also, depending on your location, there are now new e911 fees that are on top of your bill.

If you do find that you were double charged, you can create a ticket using the chatbot. If that option doesn't work, create a direct ticket to a customer service agent here.
