If you had a payment card regsitered then you could use the 611 to make the payment. Or buy a voucher from a store or online and enter it in the 611 to make the payment.

@Shah1618  the date moves because pm renews every 30 days, not every month.

 

The  best way to add funds without access to selfserve us to call *611 and pay with your credit a card on file if you know your pin. If not buy a voucher from a retail store and then call 611 and apply the payment that way. 

Do you have several emails or did you just make up one to sign up for PM?

When is your renewal date? Today?

 Assuming 611 doesn't work for you and until the mods reply, you could try this:

Go to the change your password link and try to guess (educated guess of course) your email.

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

If you get it right, it should bring you to your security question. You can just cancel at this point if you know the PWD.
