Thanks to Syed for helping convert my add-on to what I needed while travelling. I posted yesterday that I had incorrectly purchased 200 minutes instead of US Roaming. Syed converted my minutes to roaming. I love the service at PM. Thanks for taking care of us when we need help.

The Moderator team here is awesome, and go beyond what's required I'm sure. The only issues I have ever had with Public Mobile were a couple of plan changes that I SCREWED UP, and the mods graciously granted forgiveness and changed it for me. They did not have to as it was totally an error on my part. The disrespect shown to them from some customers irritates the crap out of me, especially when the customer is the one that made the mistake. Here I go, starting to ramble again!!
