Hi! My plan's total cost is 15$ but I have rewards for using the autopay so I should only be charged 13$ as it is said on this site. Although, when I check my monthly spendings, I see that Public Mobile charged me 15$. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I'll raise my hand and say that "I'm having the same problem too".
I activated my account with autopay active, now in month three, and have not seen the two $2 autopay credits. I also earned a community reward that was eligible for a few $, didn't see that come in either. Mods manually credited all that was missing which was great, but maybe I'm not the only one!
Wifes account that I signed up a month earlier is receiving the regular autopay credit just fine...
I'm curious if it will still be broken next renewal...

$13 is the correct price you were charged. Tax is added to this plan amount so you will see plan price +tax on your cc bill. If you think this is wrong, please post a screenshot of the payment history from your self-serve account and we will make it clear to you. Be sure to hide any personal info if there is.

The 2.00 Autopay reward will show up on your next renewal, after 30 days. The total charge will then be 11.00 + tax. Full plan price for the first 30 days.

And remember that there is tax on the $13 so if they are charging you "around $15" that is $13 plus tax.

@Terrence If you just signed up the the AutoPay reward for the current period will be appplied on your next renewal so you will get chagred $11 plus tax. Best to keep monitoring it via selfserve by selecting the payment history link.
If you dial 611 from your phone is should have a balance of $2. If not submit a ticket to PM.

When you log into your account under rewards is the $2 autopay showing up ? If it is then submit a ticket to a moderator.
If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help ->Click on chat with Simon - on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"
