Where is my sim card. Since 20 to 30 days I paid for sim card. But I received nothing

We are doing our best to help you but cannot forward any messages onto customer service on your behalf. Please reach out to Customer Service to solve your issue, you have been provided the link many times and will hear back from the people you are trying to reach if you follow our advice of messaging them through the community mailbox with the link provided.

Please someone forward my message. I used to be a customer for public mobile since 2011 for long time. They was a real company they own stores. Then they downgraded to online company but I was still loyal to them. But now they become just a scaming company.

@Wejdan No scam , your SIM card just hasn’t arrived or got lost in the mail .reach out to support using the link to get new one sent out . Or if they will credit you for one if you pick up in store , also note if your phone is eSIM compatible you can just download it for free on activation no need to wait

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents click

Unfortunately it can take 2-3 weeks for the SIM cards to arrive when ordering directly from PM. I’d reach out to customer service to see if you can get an update on the status of this, also if you don’t want to wait anymore you can purchase one locally from some Telus stores (call ahead before going in) or order off of Amazon (often the cheapest option). If you do this provide the receipt to customer service and they will reimburse you for the original order.

@Wejdan , I have seen mention of taking several weeks for an order to arrive in the community. Your timing does seem rather long. Please use this link to contact support and get them to send you another order.
