I cannot sign in either.  Have tried reset password many times.  Doesn't work.  Even waited well over an hour.  I get the reset email (always two of them), click the link, reset the password and then I cannot log in

I tried the forgot your password link on the login page.  I received the PM reset eamil in 30 minutes.

If you activate your plan online, your self-serve account is already created.  Use your email address as username and your password you supplied during activation to loggin self-server portal  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

First, try the account reset function here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/.

If that fails, you will need to submit a ticket. To get a ticket: click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
