Hello
I changed my phone to another one, I forgot to transfer my esim to my new phone and now I can't sign in to the public mobile app because I can't received a SMS or even email on Google

You can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then there is an option to send by email.
Also, you need to download the PM app and purchase an eSIM on the Account tab for $5 on the new phone.

@MarkoTech9 you cannot transfer esim from phone to phone. You have to purchase another one under the Account tab.
You need to download the public mobile app on your new phone and purchase new esim. It should be free if you have one previously.

There should be an option when you log in to send code to email. Try that option.
