@Carolyu03  Couple more thoughts:

- delete any profiles; directions here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/FYI-iOS-and-APNs/m-p/323130/highlight/true#M24565

- go to Settings >> General >> About: if a carrier update is offered install it

 

Reboot after each experiment.

Yes,I already try everything before, problem still there. I already contact Apple and make an appointment.

Reset network settings, turn off and back on phone. See if that helps. If not could be an internal issue with the antenna. Happens on Apple phones from time to time. If you have Apple care they will repair/replace it.

@Carolyu03 have you checked your self service account to see if you have data?  Which plan are you on? And have you ever been able to do use data on the phone? Thanks.
