My husband send IMESSGE . this is why i cannot receive message. He should sent as a text message.

I found that my husband send me IMessage.( Blue). changed to send as a text message. it works now.

@LuciaZhang - Can you send text messages? And does calling and data work?
Try resetting your network settings.
Settings icon > scroll to and select System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Reset settings > select Reset settings again to confirm.
Note: Resetting your network settings deletes previously associated Wi-Fi networks, security passcodes, Bluetooth devices and cellular network data settings.
EDIT, I wonder if this has anything to do with the messaging app you are using? Perhaps not, but just throwing it out there.
