Tried to port the number to the other provider twice. The chatbot is useless. So frustrating! What am I supposed to do?

Hmmm, could be because of the error that Public Mobile has been experiencing for the last few weeks with SMS. If you have already submitted a ticket, just have to wait for their response with a fix.

Tried it twice with different agents, checked and double-checked account number, phone number, address. But to no avail.

The number is OK. Everything has been paid for in time, it is running normally as always

And if they ask for account number to validate make sure you are providing the correct number.

Is your number still active with Public Mobile? If not, you may have to top it up with one months worth. $15 is the cheapest plan to do it with. If your account IS active, then as mentioned, create a ticket with the link I provided.
