I cannot make calls or text

Hi,

I cannot make calls or text. When I look at my phone screen it says "No Sim Card" However I have a sim card. 

I have restarted the phone. Removed and put the sim back in the phone and still no luck

Is there a way for you to confirm the status of my phone connectivity or fix it on your end?

If you recently ported your number over to PM. Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.

It sounds like either you missed replying to the text. If you did reply then it is a backend issue with your SIM and will need to contact a CS_Agent help you to complete your porting.

Hi @tiekwan

if yours is not a new activation, then it sound like more a device problem 

  Can you put another sim card, working one from another carrier , into your phone and test? 

or test your sim in another phone
