I cannot login or my referral code has disappeared

My daughter wants to switch to Public Mobile because she thought there is a good deal with public mobile and heard about current Public mobile users can refer and get a $10 one time discount for one bill payment. However, when i tried logging into my account i couldn't find it and also it seems like my account disappeared. My number associated with my account disappeared. It is like everything disappeared but what is even more frustrating is that I have set up auto pay and they did take out money from my account for this month's bill. 

 

I honestly don't know what is going on here but this is quite bothersome. So I was wondering if anybody can help be figure out what is going on over here.

just an FYI.. there are issues at the moment with PM site.  Some ppl cannot logon at all.. in my case, I can logon but very slow. 

 

Best to wait till it's all fixed and check again

hi if you can't remember your password or it is not working contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue password reset 

 you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner, you can also  send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here.
