I always log in to my self serve on my laptop. Went to try and log in today and it told me my password was wrong. I changed the password. It's still telling me my password is wrong.
Makes it difficult to buy products and manage account when they won't let you in to manage your account.
Any suggestions?

Are you saving your password on the internet browser?
This is a good idea - it saves you from typing in the password incorrectly or with caps lock on and not noticing etc..

I switched to my phone and that didn't work. I'll try incognito next.

@fmckibbon do not change the password again for now
Wait 10 minutes, then use Incognito mode or use a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) and try login with the last password you changed to and see if it works
