I cannot know what plan I am on and cannot cancel it please help. I was on this plan for many years and now I need to cancel it.

@Khoi_1030 Are you changing to another provider? If so your account here needs to remain active while your phone number is transferred and the account will then close automatically. If you've been on the same plan for years there may be a better one available to you now on PM also.

You don’t remember what plan you signed up for?
Just login to your account on the PM app and it will show the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription. The page will show your name, account number, telephone number, your activated date and your current subscription information.

@Khoi_1030 , are you able to access your online account. Everything about your plan should be there. To cancel simply toggle subscribe off. If you are unable to access your account, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
