I cannot call out or receive calls.Is there a problem in my area?

My phone says "Emergency Calls Only". Same with my husband's and my son's .  We are located in the south Okanagan ,  which does not show up on the Telus outage map. Obviously a networking problem, but how to advise Public Mobile/Telus?

and what phone do you have? some people have trouble with calls because their phone cannot use VoLTE here as PM is reframing 3G in some area.  Check if your phone compatible here
