Reset network settings will reset APN.

Do you have iPhone or Android? 

To reset your iPhone's network settings, go to Settings, then click  General  and then Transfer or Reset iPhone, then click  Reset, and last tap Reset Network Settings

To reset Android network settings, go to Settings , then  System , and then  Reset options, and last Reset network settings or Settings, then  General Management and then  Reset and last Reset network settings
