My billing cycle end on the Feb 6th, which means the billing cycle will be charged on Feb 7th, but it already charged my money on Feb 6th. The problem is, I already paused the plan on the 6th and subscribed to other carrier. I canceled PM plan to switch to other carrier service, but PM still charge me for the next billing cycle, which means, now I'm paying for plans from 2 carrier services at once.
How can I reach out to PM customer support to inquire about their billing?
TIA!

How did you "cancel the PM plan" @Kerrii
PM plans can't be canceled.
The ONLY way to ensure they're not renewed is to successfully port the number to another provider or remove the method of payment BEFORE the renewal date, which means before February 6, in your case.

It actually shows that the subscription was from Jan 7 - Feb 6 :((

If you unsubscribed from Public Mobile then you shouldn’t be changed on the next billing date. Since you changed on the billing date end you probably wait a bit to long and the system took to long to register the unsubscribing process. You can try submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent but they give credits not refunds. However you can try your luck.

@Kerrii PM is running on 30 days cycle and monthly. If you last renewa wasl on Jan 6, then it is correct the next billing is on Feb 6th
PM is prepaid provider and hence won't provide refund. But which new provider you are going to?? if Koodo or Telus, they might be able to provide you a one time credit

Being charged on February 6 unfortunatly means that the last day of your previous billing cycle was on February 5. This also means that the prot out was too late to prevent a charge for another billing cycle. Please remember that a 30-day plan means that the billing date isn't the same day number each time.
