I can't use any mobile services including calling, texting, and data. I was always enrolled in AutoPay, and the payment was already been charged from my credit card, but all services suddenly don't work. Could you please fix this problem asap? None of my families and friends can reach me now. Thanks!
The payment of $126 has been already charged to my credit card on Aug. 16, and I don't have any payment due. I still can't use my phone for any services, please fix this problem immediately.

@Sharon07 If you haven't alteady done so click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

I just signed up too, I can only make calls, and use data currently. I private messaged a mod to help out with the other problems that did not work out, you should try that if you need any help. But be patient it does take time to port over everything and good luck!
