I have switched to PM today. I can make call and receive calls but can't send/receive text... It's appreciated if any

Finally someone from PM reached out to me via chatting and said he refreshed the network and asked me to Power off and wait for 2 minutes and on and then test. I did and now it works.

Thank you softech. I did issue the ticket. Apart of when they will respond, it's a negative point on this provider, I had been over 20 years with 2 other providers with zero issue. I am thinking to switch back.... not sure if my first payment be refunded, any thoughts?
