You can dial *611 to make your payment! If you forgot your password then you can get a recovery one sent to your email. Hope that helps

Did you try the Forgot your password? link?
Do you have a valid credit card on file? If so you could pay using the 611 service.
You can also buy vouchers and use the 611 service.
Maybe also try clearing cache/cookies or incognito/privacy mode or a different browser.
