The only thing that needs to be done to renew a plan is to make payment for it. Everything else is automatic. Are you seeing an error message saying trhat your account has been suspended?

you tried on both app and browser? try using Incognito mode if you trying on browser. if you try on app, grant location permission to the app
if both fail, your faster option to resume is to get a voucher from stores and the load the voucher on My Account or via *611
