I forgot payment yesterday. So I tried payment by credit card on online. But I was not able to payment because I got this message. How should I pay??

@HRM123   Clear your cache/cookies and use browser with privacy/incognito mode enabled.  Then make sure you are selecting the option to pay the your cost of your plan (less any rewards/account balance), or as mentioned purchase vouchers which can be added in self serve or by dialing 611.
