I can't pay my monthly subscription, I'm using debit visa card, I already double checked the information matches my card and client information, what shall I do?

@Jorge7  Some have gotten that plan just by asking support for it use the link to see if you can be upgraded to that plan and if they agree it will be immediate plan change .and yes you can get voucher for that ever amount you want but the online like recharge .com or muskbird .com have different fees but no fee from shoppers shell or 7-11 

also you need to activate in the APP not website @Jorge7  if you been trying on the app and noLuck best  to get support to help

I want to buy a voucher, how much that would be? How much do I have to pay, is there a 25-dollar vouchers?

Hi, thank you, I have this problem from yesterday, it's been more than 24 hours and I can't activate my SIM. 

The sim is a new one and Im triying to activate in my account i have since some time ago. It looks like there is a problem with my account too, looks like a website error.

@Jorge7  You might need to wait 24 hours and try again . But you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or muskbird .com and load *611 to resume services right away . If still no luck updating credit card reach out to support
