I had to get a new credit card and so I didn't think much about when my bill was due.
Turns out that since the new card was arriving the day after of the bill due date I may have problems.
I am trying to reactivate my account here which I think is asking me to make a payment which I can't... What the heck do I do?

If you have a retail location near you like Walmart London Drugs or one of the others that sell vouchers you can go and purchase a voucher and pay for your bill that way or you can get the voucher and dial *611 and make the payment that way as well.

@JESM8Yeah all fine a good with credit card. But the problem is if you look at the issues people bring this forum is Public Mobile's payment system is on the psychiatrist certified OCD fastidious side. The bank issuers might be willing but the payment system certainly will complain.

If the new card thats coming in the mail is the same credit card company as the original one then you can use the old number info and make a payment. Even if it's a new credit card number, your credit card company will bill your new card even with the old number, so long that it's valid.
If it's not valid (cancelled/marked as stolen) then you have no choice but to use a valid credit or visa debit card or go to a grocery store or pharmacy and buy a Public Mobile voucher.
Good luck!

Do you mean renew or reactivate? Your current and past tense usage is a little confusing 🙂
