I couldn’t make it to make payment since I can’t login to my account. I’ve changed my password a hundred times but it didn’t work. I believe my phone plan was deactivatedI’ve already had a sim card, and I’d like to use this one.

if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers and add to your account by call 611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

What recording do you get calling 611 with that sim in your phone? When was your last payment?

@joanna1219 If you can still make Change Password request, you account should be here still
To confirm, call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter your phone number and see if the system can locate your account

contact a cs agent so they can reset your email
