New Plan Not Showing On Profile

About a week ago I changed my plan, and set it to roll into the new one starting on my next cycle which was July 21st. 

 

My profile is still showing my old plan numbers and data has not been refreshed to reflect the new cycle. 

 

Although a payment has been taken out, and more than my last bill.  So the increase of payment reflects the new plan.  I am also signed up for automatic withdrawal. 

 

I am trying to troubleshoot and figure out why this hasn't been refreshed to reflect the changed.

The plan shouldn't take 48 hours to update in the Self Serve account.  The 48 hours timeframe is only for speed changes to take effect when going from a 3g to 4g (or vice versa).  It's unrelated to Self Serve.

So your renewal day is today?

Did you get SMS from 611 that everything is OK and you can continue to enjoy PM service?

With all recent glitches I would not be surprised if account refresh is a little bit slow.

Did you try to refresh account page (on with computer, not phone)?
