I resetted the E-mail and password for the community, but I can not find profile and edit to change my Email and password.
So I can not sign in to my account, when I signed in, it indicated the E-mail and password are not correct.

Are your services still working? If so you can choose the SMS option for the change password. If not, then are you not able to access your email inbox? Is it also needing to send an SMS but your account is suspended?
You could reactivate your account using vouchers and real time payments. If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can also use 611 to make a payment from your credit card.

Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
