I can not sign in to my account

Hi,

I can not sign in my account and when I ask to send a link for changing the password I be never received that link.

I need to do the payment but I couldn’t.

I created account for community but I could not login to my account.

The reset/forgot password link does not work.  If you cannot remember your password, you need to contact the Moderator Team to reset it.

The reset your password function doesn't work you need to send a private message to the mods to get it changed. Info in the spoiler

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9 am to 9 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 7:30 pm [Toronto Time]

 

  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received

 

  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on how many messages in the queue, but can be up to 48 hours.

 

  • There is no need to send multiple messages. In fact, each message you send will put you all the way to the back of the line.

 

How can I view my private messages between myself and a Community Moderator
