I can not send picture messages on 1 out of my 3 Public Mobile phones

Hey everyone,

I currently have 3 accounts with public mobile for my family, as of yesterday my wife is the latest. My sons phone and my own can send a picture through a text message with no issues whats so ever, with wifi on or with wifi turned off (it makes no difference, it works).

My wifes phone I can not send a picutre text no matter what I try. 

-I was told to de-activate my wifi and have my Data activated in order to send. This does not work.

I copied the exact same APN setting from my 2 other public mobile accounts, the APN Type I believe is what allows the picture messages. 

I have tired for APN type:

Blank

default,supl,mms

default,supl

default,mms

default,sup,mms

Also I would like to note that the phone she is using is my old LG V10 (which use to be mine on this network and it worked than, I upgraded to the lgv20 and gave her this phone. She used it on telus until we switched it yesterday)

Any help would be much appreciated.

In my apn settings on most of my phones it looks like this bekow:

http://aliasredirect.net/proxyb/mmsc

I have the (b) in the wrong spot where the tutorial shows: proxy/b/mmsc

So I tried that instead and it all worked fine.
