If you’ve verified your account through EverSafe and that still hasn’t fixed the issue, try signing in from both an internet browser and the app. If one option doesn’t work, try the other. Let me know how you make out!

I registered with ever safe account, but unable to self account, after log in eversafe account, I was taken to the new customer activation screen, no other option available.

I can receive the OTP code and log on, then I was taken to new customer activation screen, no other option. I am not able to manage my account.

If you’re able to log into the community but not log into your account using EverSafe it is most likely because the phone number you ported over or the new phone number you set up hasn’t been complete yet. To set up and log into your account using EverSafe, you must enter the code sent to your device via text. If you don’t receive a code, there is an issue with the port. Please allow up to 5 hours for the number transfer to complete.

you need to register an Eversafe profile and you will then be able to log into your self-serve account.
You can then either login on the Public Mobile app or on the web page.

My issue occurred since Evers age was introduced. I was able to login before eversafe was introduce. After I registered with eversafe, I cannot login in my account anymore. I am not a new customer, but ever safe taok me to new customer activation screen, no any other options.

When you activated your SIM, you are required to create an Eversafe ID for your account.
Just put in your registered email and password. A 2FA code will be sent by text on your phone so just enter it to get into your account.

did you try forgot password ?
