I accidentally bought 3gb of US roaming data when I meant to buy regular data for use in my home of Canada. Can I get this add on switched over to 3gb regular data?

I would love to submit a ticket, but the links I have used only go to a “something went wrong” or 404 error page on each of my 2 devices. Is there a number I can call?
