We transferred over from Lucky last week and we missed the text to authorize the transfer. Now we got a notice we have a new number assigned and this explains why my daughter hasn’t been getting work texts. I’ve tried to contact support through the app 3x and just get errors. So frustrating! Can anyone help me how to get this process initiated again? Thank you!

As the ticketing system gives an error message, send a private messgae to CS_Agent.
