Phone call problem

Some phone calls can’t receive. When someone’s call , phone is not ring and go straight to voice mail even Phone is free to receive call

Is it he voicemail box that you set up at a previous carrier. If so, re-insert that carrier's SIM card to check the messages. The calls might have also be routed there.

@Cecimay  Did you just join PM and port a number in ? If so sounds like porting is not complete . I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
