When I created an account using email, it tells me my phone number is already added to my account.

@triathlon - Try using the Forgot your Email option: https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true
Or, Forgot your Password option: https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotpassword?locale=en&ForceAuth=true
to see if either of these can get you into your My Account.

@triathlon first, is your subscription completed and your services working and you just have the login issue?
For login, you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Once you are in My Account, you can update the 2FA to send your correct phone number. Go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and make the change there
