The Triple Punch SIM card fits most phones as it’s a Standard, Micro and Nano SIM card all rolled into one; simply turn off device and remove the SIM card in the size that fits and insert it into your phone.

do you mean to switch your old SIM card number to new SIM card?

@Janice_Crawford   usually there is nothing much to do

from your old phone, remove the sim card and then put it into the new phone.  Power up and there you go

It will work as long as the sim card size on both phones are the same

if the sim card you took out is bigger, try to see if there are "frames" you can remove to make it smaller.  PM sim cards should be tri-cut.  The new phones usually take nano size

Just in case you cannot make it smaller and you need a smaller sim, then you will need to go to Telus or Koodo store to get a new PM sim card (unless your new phone came with a new PM sim card).  Once you got it, just login to My Account and request Change sim card.

@Janice_Crawford are you staying with Public Mobile but switching phones? If so, just move the SIM card from the old phone to new phone.  If you are moving numbers from one carrier to another, this help article applies.
