I have my mother account with Publich mobile, I already paid it twice Fromm my bank and the master card either way it does not work. Tried everything the public mobile email says the make your payment and reactivate it now.

@SahibjotSingh If you tried twice making a payment and you are getting an error there is a timeout issue with Public's payment processing system that occurs at random times. Hopefully Public Mobile resolves the issue on day. In the meantime, best to purchase a voucher from one of the retail locations or online via recharge.com to get up and running.
If you do not wish to purchase a voucher submit a ticket to Public Mobile and ask them to fix the problem.

The thing says the account is suspended, I tried to pay on oct 4, as per the bill cycle (example my bill cycle is Sept 4 to Oct 4).

@SahibjotSingh- What error are you getting exactly? What do you mean by paid from my bank? Sometimes the payment system acts up. Try clearing your browser's cache, and use the browser in privacy/incognito mode. Or try another browser.
