I disconnected my service, but a month later rejoined (kept same phone number). When I rejoined, I used a different credit card. Now, I am being charged twice, one for my cancelled service (old credit card), and one for my new service (new credit card). Please refund those charges, and stop charging me for future months. Thanks

In the app, I looked in Subscription -> Manage Subscriptions, but cannot find a way to cancel my previous subscription (previous subscription does not appear)

use the mobile app and log in and disable Subscribed. That should stop any more $$ coming out of your on file payment cards.

To get a refund, you must contact a csa.
Plus use the chatbot or direct link to contact a csa
