I do automatic payment, I am coming public mobile  from my friends . Only received one month credit, after it s not fonctionne

Sounds like you are a new customer referred by a friend so you should have gotten a $10 credit and instead of $2 autopay bonus you get 5% in points on all your purchases

When did you come to Public Mobile?  There's no more $2 credit for new customers joining after January.   Did you switch to points? There's no $2 credit if you did that.   $2 credit would also be lost if your account was suspended during the last 30 days.
