Hello, I just subscribed to Public Mobile and want to activate my new number they provided. In order to confirm my full access I need to receive 6 digit code to that number. However, I am not getting any 6 digit code, not via Android and not via pc, and can't activated my service. Please help. Thank you.

@dagmardur there is no confirmation number of you send private message. But your original message is saved in the Community Sent box. Support will usually reply to your Community inbox on the same day. But since it is late in the evening, they likely will reply tomorrow morning

I just sent that private message CS agent as you directed. Where can I see a confirmation the message was sent or my original message to them that I know it was sent successfully?

Yes, that is correct. I am on a page "Confirm Your Identity", "you are logging in from an unknown device, to confirm it's you, enter the 6-digit code sent to that "new phone number I selected". Not receiving the code at all. So yes, it is to complete the service activation.

@dagmardur you are trying to login the app to complete the activation and unable to login be because of the code?? Please ask support to help
