Current Plan Cycle: Oct 03, 2022 - Nov 02, 2022.
I am missing rewards points again by today, , if I don't ask for it. PM just ignore it.
Anyone has same bad experience?

@chch518 just to confirm, you are on the new reward points system, right?
Please use Incognito mode to login to My Reward site ( https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards ) and check again with your point. Also, please remember it usually take 48 hours for the new points to show up. But if your plan renewed on Oct 3, it should now show up on your My Rewards

@chch518 hi what rewards points are you missing?they have missed mine once or twice but were fast in adding them after I contacted them
