I have been a client for more than 2 years,  I would like my data to be increased to 15gb instead of 2

I'm surprised that the system doesn't block usernames that are phone numbers!

HI@brettster99   oracle cannot help to change username, and OP cannot change herself either

and a ask for 15GB is a big (greedy??) ask too

Are you thinking that the company would just bump you up in data just because you've been here a little while? Over these last two years, the company has given freebies of data and minutes. Have you received those in the past? And now again this month?

change to the $40 for 15Gb plan and you will get 15GB instead of 2

 

and , maybe you want to change your username  This is a forum and everyone knows your phone number, not good

@6478532743 hi go into your self serve account go to change plans and use the scroll down arrow to pick the plan you like , best to change at your next renewal date

If you want that plan, you can do it yourself.  Just login to My Account, go to Plan & add-ons page and the click Change my plan, select the correct $40 plan (there are two) and then click Change on next renewal date
