Thanks everybody for replying I deleted the APN settings and re entered the APN and now all incoming and outgoing calls work

try manually selecting either T-Mobile or AT&T to see if that helps

so, call was working earlier?

do you have just Talk/Text addon or you have the Bundle or you have the Canada-US plan?

try reboot the phone, reset network settings

and also try connect manually to each of these networks: T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon
